Where is vmmainpage in virtuemart

I have searched all my files to find this and I now understand its an attribute, but where is this file? Not sure if you have command prompt access to your Joomla files, but I find grep very handy for finding out which files to change.

I would like to remove the discount code box and the check out link underneath, I have removed the check out file as when I installed paypal express this text was still underneath the shopping basket and you could go through the shopping process using both links, I want to remove this so you can only use paypal express. I have no problem displaying discontinued products using the VMBeez default template. So the standard response would be: have you tried with Beez or Protostar, and is your configuration correct? Thank you for your reply! I tried the Protostar template - I still did not see discontinued products on the VM main page. Only new and recently added. Configuration - normal, working - all other functions work as expected.
